4 stars for customer service team

4 stars for customer service team. I have stayed at numerous Travelodge locations up and down England & Scotland and in all cases the rooms weren’t great. There always has been some issue or another whether that be bad cleaning, lights not working, no soap, fresh towels not being provided and room temperature. However whenever I have made a complaint online it has been dealt with in a timely manner and always with a solution. Hats off to your online and customer care team. So this 4 star review is not for the all the Travelodge hotels I’ve stayed at but the customer care team. Looking forward to the new design hotels.

Super room E&C very disappointing.

Normally i give a good review for Travelodge, however on this occasion i was very disappointed with the super rooms.I called the day before my stay and was told i could not ask for a certain room. i have been told before that i could do this.I had a room on the 3rd floor of The Elephant and Castle hotel and the bathroom was very very small. It looks like it was a standard room, but they put a coffee machine and large chair in there to make it like a super room.I have staid here 3 times before ( on the 2nd floor and had not had any issues).When i spoke to a Spanish lady at reception she just kept saying sorry sorry sorry, in a way she did not mean it.Tried to call the hotel to speak with the manager, but no answer. This is a Travelodge Plus , so it should be to the highest of standards.At least once a month i stay with Travelodge.

stayed at WADEBRIDGE TRAVELODGEEXCELLENT STAFF BUT BADLY DESIGNED ROOMTV TINY AND HIGH UP ON THE WALL BENDING NECK TO SEE IT,AWFUL1 MISERABLE PLASTIC CHAIR BETWEEN TWO OR SIT ON THE BEDBEEN THE SAME FOR YEARS APPARENTLYPREMIER INN FAR BETTERAND THIS IN A MAIN TOURIST AREA!JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGHAN UNCOMFORTABLE STAY

Travelodge Nottingham city centre

Travelodge Nottingham city centre. Greeted by Alex on reception, she was lovely, happy & efficient. We saw her both days and she was on the ball, I was most impressed with her. Our room was big & clean, even had a little bath! (Much better then our travelodge experience in Norwich) And the breakfast was great, over all a great stay and we will stay again.

Travelodge Warrington

Stayed at Travelodge Warrington. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, nice and warm when we got there as the heating was on for us. Staff were friendly too and was in a good location. However, the room lacked some facilities though, compared to other places and there was no hand soap in the dispenser. The worst part was trying to sleep, the room we were in there was constant banging (like a washing machine hitting our wall) on and off for the whole 2 days, day and night when we were there, causing the room to slightly shake too so we barely slept. You could hear a lot of the traffic too so it wasn't well sound proofed.

M4 Westbound junction 17 - the best welcome !

We stopped over at M4 westbound services near Chippenham and were greeted by very pleasant and helpful receptionist : Heather, who gave great advice about parking and all the services available. She made us feel really welcome during our visit and really cheered up the journey for us on what was a long day. What a delight ! A real credit to Travelodge!

I’m staying in the Brighton seafront…

I’m staying in the Brighton seafront hotel of travel lodge which is a very modern lovely hotel I have a lovey modern room on the eighth floor which Is spotlessly clean and tidy also has a lovely view of Brighton seafront It’s very quiet considering on top of Brighton night life all reception staff and restaurant staff I’ve met are really very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this hotel

Travelodge Are Great

When I was rushed to A and E with a kidney problem and missed my trip to Scotland Travelodge requested my hospital discharge letter for their records and immediately refunded the full amount owing back in to my account. Customer Services were friendly and helpful.I have booked with Travelodge for the last two years and will continue to book more accommodation in the future.

Stayed in the travelodge in Romford

Stayed in the travelodge in Romford, room was clean unfortunately we didn’t receive any tea coffee ect but we were were given them without hesitation when we asked! Checking I. Was easy! Had to pay to park but they reduce the car park fee which was super helpful! Highly recommend
