Here's an update on my July 1 post:I have been working with the CCR who had taken charge of my case since then and he continues to be amazing, relentless and truly invested in a favorable outcome for me. Long story short..unfortunately nothing could be done about the tarnished jewelry but I was given a dollar amount to spend online...which I have done. I should be receiving the pieces soon. Still disappointed with my tarnished jewelry as they were truly nice pieces and are not made any longer but I now feel better about this whole situation...thanks to D at Swarovski customer relations. He has restored my faith in Swarovski products!! If I'm being honest still worried about buying rose gold plated jewelry so I simply will purchase other plating which I've NEVER had any issues with!! Thank you D!!!!!

Great experiences with both orders

My parents ordered me the lucky cat ornament for my 30th Birthday and my boyfriend the lucky cat pendant (lucky me!)Although both orders were delayed (this was to be expected as this was a few weeks or so ago and in the height of brexit border madness) they were both updated on this and both came in time before my birthday. The only thing that could be improved was that we didn't realise the items were coming from Austria, this wasn't clear, so wasn't expecting the delays, but once we realised it was understandable as mentioned before.I did also have a bit of trouble ordering the pendant but I messaged Swarivski on Facebook and got a really friendly but professional reply, but by then I managed to sort it anyway.Everything was beautifully packaged and both items looked even better in person than on the website!Hopefully this puts people's mind at ease that not all experiences with this company are bad.

Missing item from my order

I placed an order on April 10th to finally receive the items on May 4th. I purchased 11 items but only received 10 items. The included shipping slip enumerates all 11 items and I have been charged in full for my complete order. I first emailed customer service on may 4th informing them of the missing item, I received an automated email with a case number informing me that I will be contacted ASAP but I have not received any correspondance thereafter. I sent a follow up request on May 6th via the web form on their website, I received another automated confirmation email with a case number, but no further communication. I sent another follow up email using the original confirmation email I had sent on May 11th but again no answer. This is very frustrating, I understand that times are difficult but it would be greatly appreciated if a real person would acknowledge my request to assure me that it’s been received and what can be done to solve the issue. It does not make sense that they are able to process payments without any issue but are not able able to respond to customer requests!UPDATE: Swarovski contacted me and I have received my missing item. The agent in charge of my case dealt with the matter professionally and very efficiently! Thank you Daniel! I really appreciate the great service offered by Swarovski in solving this issue :)
