Its been 7 days since i ordered from…

Its been 7 days since i ordered from you guys and it still says its in transit, but at the same time its saying its in the final parcel center, also you said it would take 3 - 4 days to arrive which it hasn't. Now i understand covid has slowed everything down but i didnt expect it to be 7 days and still no sign of my package being anywhere near. I bought this as a birthday present on Monday the 15th (2 full weeks after my purchase) and I am getting very concerned I will not receive the parcel in time. Update me with current information and tell me how long and then maybe i can bump the review score up.

I have tried to contact Swarovski many times in a space of just over a month after receiving advice from customer services to refuse delivery because of ordering the wrong item.Over a month later and I have heard nothing back from them despite many emails asking what is happening.I have sent them a screen grab of the tracking details and Parcel Force states it has been refused delivery 3 times by addressee yet I have only refused it once as advised and I have also shown Swarovski the email which shows the customer service person advising me to refuse delivery.I can't call them as they state email only and when I email I get no response which has led me to here.I hope Swarovski see and responds to this review as I have bought from them several times and never had this kind of lack of customer service before.ORDER NUMBER 10GB00000842547RegardsUPDATE:Hi,I have just received a message from Parcelforce:I can now confirm to you that your parcel has been processed to be returned to the sender, this is because of being refused by yourself.In instances such as this, we'd recommend contacting the sender to let them know that the item is on its way back to them.Kind regardsEuan - Email TeamJust to let you know the parcel is back on it's way to you. Slow due COVID-19 but great company!

I had to order a pair of hoop earrings due to losing one on a night out :-( & at Easter they finally reduced them so i finally ordered them.. It took 16 days for them to get despatched and delivered and they take the money from your account once despatched. It took that long as they got despatched from Switzerland, I wasn't fussed it took so long as there is COVID-19 going on and expect delays in companies and deliveries! I love the jewellery and always happy with the customer service when shop in store :-)

far better service on-line

Christmas ornaments out of stock in store in November, really not good enough. However, as they were for a gift, ordered at home on-line and received a free gift with my order. Must say, I would have bought more if only shops stocked products as I saw a number of other products I would have bought but bought other gifts elsewhere instead

I am so disappointed once again about…

Update: I want to say big thank you to Swarovski for replacing my bracelet, I couldn't be happier ! They really stand behind their product and care about their customers ! I am so disappointed once again about the quality. My daughter got me a beautiful butterfly bracelet for my bday on November 30 , and 4 days later it is gone , the latch was a magnet and clearly was not strong enough to hold on. I have had other pieces from Swarovski before that broke, stones fell out in a short amount of time. Very upsetting and waste of money !

I ordered 2 items from Swarovski online because their website said 'delivery will be in 3 to 4 working days but do expect delays'. I wanted the gifts to arrive on time before someone's birthday. The items did arrive but in 7 working days. Correct order, beautiful items, impressive packaging.I would have given Swarovski 5 stars if they said dispatch is from Switzerland and that deliveries to UK are from 7 working days and not their generic 3 to 4. Give Swarovski credit they are working as hard as they can to dispatch as quickly as possible during this difficult time as they will have a huge backlog of orders. Their website needs to not over promise on the delivery date to avoid angry customers and to state deliveries are being dispatched by their logistics company, not Swarovski. Due to covid19 expect delays. Will I order online again, yes!

Money has gone out of my account and over a week since I've ordered I've still no item or tracking information.Have emailed them a number of times but have had nothing back.Really bad and thought better of Swarovski. Get in contact with me about my order pleaseUpdated - I did finally get the order. They should state on there website they are experiencing delays. Overall though the bracelet was lovely

Order received 2 weeks later

I wanted to post this review to reassure people who have recently placed an order with Swarovski. I placed my order on 15th April during the 40% off sale and received my package today on 29th April. I appreciate that there are delays during the current pandemic but Swarovski should give a realistic time frame of when the order would likely to be delivered. I have ordered from Swarovski before and had no problem so I can only put this service down to the pandemic. I will be waiting for the pandemic to be over before ordering with Swarovski again.
