Great customer service. High quality clothes

I have been buying all my clothes from next normally purchase online and collect from store. I like next mens clothes and don’t go any were else to purchase clothes as the quality is there. There have been times when needed to return items and there has been no issues with refund. Also order been missing or mixed up but all been resolved by next. I can’t believe so many negative reviews on here? Suppose they need to shop at Primark who have cheap clothes and when put in wash they fade cheap rubbish quality off clothing which you only wear once. I guess it really depends what you pay for ok for holiday wear only not normal daily clothes as no quality there. Next quality and customer service is far better than Primark who are not all that. Next is up there with quality and just waiting to collect my order in May. The new fosse Park store in Leicester is great lay out is great and also has a Costa coffee store inside

Next don’t always get it right but they do fix things which makes such a difference. Was so frustrated I was just about to put something new in the bin that just wasn’t working properly. I had thrown away all the packaging in my excitement to try the gadget out. A quick phone call and it can return as faulty. Such nice customer service too. No doubt I will spend even more in Next thanks to their attitude unlike another large store who really messed me about and then thought they could just buy me off with a £10 gift voucher ??? No thanks, my business goes to stores like Next who say sorry like they mean it and not just try to get rid of you and off the phone with a £10 voucher. Most times it’s not about the problem but the way the company handle and resolve the issue.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. There was an issue with my refund but customer service were absolutely great. They sorted it out and even called me when my signal went and out online chat froze (which I didn’t even realise). They were very helpful.

Service 5*, delivery 0*

Really don't know how to rate Next adequately.There staff are super helpful, and I really can't fault them. They try to do everything within their power to make your shopping experience excellent. Issues are dealt with quickly. They are honest about what they can and can't do. I also feel that the advisors, when hit with a can't do, really do want to help and the system they follow just doesn't allow it. So Next really hits 5/5Now the issue. Next use a courier called Evri, and no end of problems. In my latest issue Evri has reported a problem finding my address and ask me to get in contact. This, as I have found out, is actually impossible. I instead contacted Next who in turn contacted Evri. Evri didn't action their instructions to redeliver the parcel. Instead they "pretended" to attempt delivery and then said they would return my parcel. This was attempt 2 out of 3. Again no way to get hold of Evri. Next themselves have been most apologetic. The girl I spoke to really did sound sorry and disappointed. Next are attempted to get messages through to Evri, but I don't hold out much hope. Delivery service 0/5Previous issues (all around delivery) include Items missing from deliveries, deliveries constantly left safe despite instructions not to leave unattended (especially in someones elses recycling on a main thoroughfare). The fact they never ring the doorbell....So basically Next is a fantastic company let down by their delivery partner Evri. If Next can fix this they will be 5/5 all the way.

Bought an item online which was supposed to arrive next day delivery. Was delayed by a few days so contacted customer services to find out where it was and they kindly refunded the postage cost. Very impressed. Item arrived in a few days and was what I ordered so all good.

Poor to start with

Whenever we have previously had an issue with an item, next have always fallen over themselves correct. What has changed......... can't get a straight answer, emails take forever, live chat is a waste of everyone's time as carrier pigeon is quicker.....As I have got a resolution to my query i will up my score to 3/5.
