I would highly recommend Boots Options…

I would highly recommend Boots Options Huntscross Branch due to the extremely professional staff you are alway meet with a welcoming smile and they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Choosing glasses can sometimes be daunting on your own but the staff at the store always give good advice on which styles will suit you and spend as much time with you as needed to get the right pair of glasses. Won’t go anywhere else for my glasses and contact lenses.

St.Austell Branch were amazing

My experience within the St.Austell Boots opticians branch has always been a wonderful one. The staff and opticians are always so friendly and caring. They always look after me well and go out of their way to make sure that I am happy. Today I came away with yet another beautiful pair of glasses that fit well.

Can't fault the Birkenhead branch…

Can't fault the Birkenhead branch staff. My parents were customers prior to my mum have a number of strokes 16 years ago. They have done everything possible to assist her with her sight, having tests and choosing glasses that make her feel confident rather than someone with significant needs. My dad, and her carer developed a brain tumour 10 yrs ago and sadly died. Jo and the team were amazing with both my parents. Now they are my opticians. They take care of mum, test her eyes, help her choose her glasses... etc... a complete end to end service.... and it's one of the few places I too get spoilt and dont feel like a carer but get the same support. Thanks Boots Opticians... thanks Jo, laura and the amazing team

RAY BAN RB 6375

RAY BAN RB 6375 - 2944 Matte Black glasses I ordered the above Ray Ban prescription glasses at 24th Jan' at Boot's opticians in Stockton-on-Tees, which by the way cost me (full Opticians price) £240 for the frames and a final total of £497 after including top of the range Ziess Varifocal's with the Transition lens system and I collected them 8th Feb. After wearing them for only 3 days, I found the 'hard' perspex support pads were uncomfortable and were making my nose sore, so I returned to the opticians this morning (11th Feb) and requested them to replace the pads with softer (gel) pads, as I have done in the past when they prove to be uncomfortable, but I was told that the pads can't be changed in- store, as they are specific to Ray Ban frames only and Boot’s don't have the tools necessary to replace them and the only option is for Boot's to send them back to Ray Ban for replacement, which will take 2 weeks. Apparently, the softer pads should have been requested at the ordering stage, which I meant to do, but due to circumstances at the time, I unfortunately forgot to ask. AdVice: Buyers of Ray Ban prescription glasses of this type need to be aware that if you prefer the more comfortable soft gel pad's, do this when making the order, which should avoid a further two week wait rather than make the request after delivery. I accept the fault is partly due to myself for not requesting the gel pads when making the order and Boot's opticians for not informing me at the time that they are unable to change them in-store if request them after delivery. How was I to know they couldn't be replaced as normal in-store? Very disgruntled buyer.

My annual eye test to place on the date 22/o2/20 the optician conducted my examination with great skill and courtesy and with a caring and friendly expert ease I then with expert advice purchased a pair of night driving spectacles with which I was very pleased, the staff at this branch are very customer friendly .Overall a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this Boots optician Branch to anyone. The Branch in question is Denton .Manchester.Donald Bridgehouse.

My wife was having trouble with blurred vision and we couldn’t find an opticians that was open. We spoke to Broomfield and they told us Boots in Chelmsford was open for emergencies and gave me the number. My wife had an over the phone consultation and the optician said he’d like to see her for an appointment.I dropped her off in town because she was going to have drops and couldn’t drive herself. She went to the shop and they let her in and went through everything. The optician was a lovely man and the staff members outside we’re happy to be able to help my wife. She has now been referred but her mind has been put at ease. We were desperately trying to do anything that didn’t involve going anywhere near casualty so I’m very please Boots are providing this service. As she was waiting for her drops to work, she was watching the goings on in the store and noticed that from the moment she arrived to the moment she left, they were non stop with enquiries and problems from some incredibly rude people and people like us, grateful to be able to get hold of someone. I’ve never known a time like it in my life and hope we never see it again but I’m very thankful to Boots and the genuine help and care they provided my wife when she needed it.Everyone goes out of their way to complain but I wanted to take the time to thank the staff at Chelmsford for their care.

I returned back to order my glasses, as I did not have time on the day to choose a frame.I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me choose my frame and ensured that the frame I chose was comfortable and correct as I was buying varifocal specs. I then met Manjit and Renuka who took and verified all the measurements. I was advised on the veri plus lens and zeiss lens, which I currently have. They explained the difference between the both and suggested which one they thought would be better. There was no pushy sales tactics and I have experienced at othe opticians.Friendly staff and excellent service. Thank you to all staff at poultry. I
