Today 19th April 2019 we were at the park for 2nd time in 2 weeks had another great day until we went wheelchair access to saw the ride left wheelchair at bottom of stairs as we have previously went on the ride came back out to find the hire wheelchair had been stolen we reported it to photo kiosk who advised us to go too the place we got the wheelchair we reported it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful the looked at CCTV and found the sickos that took it security reassured us that they would find them bye this time it was getting on so we headed back to the hub and there sat in there wheelchair was a very aggresive man trying to get our deposit back we confirmed it was our hire and got our deposit back we cannot thank the hub staff and security enough they where extremely helpful and apologetic thanks guys we had a great day up to that praise to the staff I don't no there names but I no there faces thankyou again & well see you on 6th may

Me and the family recently visited…

Me and the family recently visited Thorpe park yesterday. We have the premium merlin passes and had a good time. One member of the party has a disability so make sure you get your ride access pass for that person for the rides. There was no problem with staff and everybody was very welcoming. We all had a lovely day. The only things I could say was that there was a lot of wasps but understand that it is season, there wasn’t much disability parking bays and the toilets should of been frequently cleaned more but otherwise a good place to take the family rides the water rides were good. Most rides my 6 year old couldn’t go on due height restrictions so make sure another adult goes with you or the day could easily be boring walking about and going into the arcades or just going on baby rides.

Had a good time at thorpe park.But I would say the young staff at thorpe park need training on they're customer service skills. They give of a vibe they hate their job. Especially when you buy from the food court. The service there is super slow.Regarding the rides we had a good time. But I got the impression the rides are not being serviced frequently. Me and my partner qued up for 40 mins for Storm surge to be told its out of order same thing happened to Sumarai ride. Really unprofessional

Great day!

I came with my boyfriend on a bank holiday Saturday, the weather was 26 degrees and sunny – we fully expected it to be busy and long waits..The longest we waited all day was around 25 minutes and that was only because we were waiting for the front row of a roller coaster we’d already ridden 3 times!Average wait time was 10-15 minutes for us, think we really timed everything well. We managed everything at least once, and our favourites 2/3 times each!The app was great at telling us queue times which also helped!I definite would recommend a weekend when you’d imagine it would be really busy, I guess it deterred many others and it was so pleasantly quiet!We took our own snacks and water, but definitely wished we’d taken advantage of the unlimited drinks deal as you only really need 3 refills before you’d made your money backWe had such a great day!

I can't say that I enjoyed this placed. They have a nice rides that is cool but you have to spend an hour waiting the queue for each one oooor spend extremely more for fast track and anyway waste some time in other queues. Overcrowded and poor service

Faulted by the weather but generally OK.

Faulted by the weather, we would have been more frustrated if the park had been busier and if we had paid for tickets (a friend gave us three Merlin Pass tickets). Young staff generally did an ok job when people were clearly annoyed due to rides, mainly the coasters, being delayed when the wind speed went above certain speeds. Somewhat shocked that we didn’t see a single recycling bin all day for a location where much of the rubbish would have been recyclable. £10 on the day or £7 online is a shocking amount to FORCE people to pay to park when entrance fees are high already.

Thrills Galore

As long as you're prepared for big queues (and let's face it, as arguably the second largest theme park in the UK, there most likely will be!) this great compact island is full of all the thrills you'll ever want- although it is most certainly oriented towards the teen/ adult audience, since there are limited attractions for small children. Just make sure you get the app that tells you the approx. queue times!
